The Allen and Joan Bildner Center for the Study of Jewish Life connects the university with the community through its lectures, Jewish film festival, Jewish communal initiatives, and teacher training. (read more ) The Department of Jewish Studies offers an interdisciplinary approach to the academic study of all aspects of the Jewish experience from ancient times to the present. Students pursuing a B.A. degree may major or minor in Jewish Studies.
